Registration

Registration will open on February 15 and close on April 30, 2024.

 

Please follow the steps below to complete your registration:

 

Step 1:  Obligatory for everyone, please read before registering:

- The prices are listed below and include taxes.

- Registration includes coffee breaks, lunches (July 10th, 11th and 12th), and the cocktail dinner on Wednesday 10th of July.

- Please note that travel and accommodation are at the discretion of the participant.

- Gala dinner (July 11th) registration is limited to the first 150 participants. If you wish to attend the gala-dinner on Thursday evening, please choose the option Registration + Gala dinner.

- The gala dinner will take place at the Château de Saint-Saturnin, one activity of your choice is included (archery or visit of the castle), please specify your choice by checking the appropriate box (in “Extras”) (non-obligatory activity, only one choice)

- You will be able to pay by credit card or by purchase order. The latter is preferred for French attendees.

Step 2: Obligatory for everyone:

- For meals, please specify if you have a vegetarian diet in the appropriate box. 

- For lunch on the last day (July 12th), please choose whether you want to take it on site or as 'take away'.

Step 3: Only for abstract submission 

Submit your abstract for an oral or poster presentation HERE.

Please note that your abstract will be considered only if you have registered.

You don't necessarily need to submit your abstract at the time of registration, but you need to register again with the above link when you want to submit it.

 

The deadline to apply for an oral or poster presentation is April 30 2024.

 Abstracts selected for oral and poster presentations will be informed latest by June 14 2024.

 

The selection of presentations from the abstracts will be based on scientific quality as well as reflecting diversity of presenters in terms of geography, gender and age.

Please note that when submitting an abstract (maximum 300 words) you will be prompted to choose a topic from the following options:

1. Chromatin dynamics during plant development

2. Epigenetic regulation of repetitive elements

3. Chromatin in transcription, replication and repair

4. Dissecting molecular mechanisms of gene expression control using epigenomics

5. Epigenetic responses to environmental changes
